How Do I Join?
Have you received an invitation to join our honor society? Congratulations! You are part of an elite group made of a tiny fraction of your student body.
You must be nominated by the faculty of your institution
Students invited to join Kappa Beta Delta must rank in the top 20% of their population, maintain a high GPA and be hand-picked by a committee made of the the faculty of the ACBSP accredited programs at their institution. The nominating committee is chaired by their faculty advisors. Being selected is quite an achievement in itself. Here are the detailed eligibility criteria:

-
You must have completed a minimum of 12 semester hours of credit, of which a minimum of six are in business subjects toward the degree program.
-
You must have a minimum grade point of average of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale (or the minimum GPA for honor considerations at your institution, whichever is higher)

Transfer students who meet the qualifications for membership may be inducted after they have completed a minimum of one term of work within the department, division, or school of business. Provided the student’s overall record is of Kappa Beta Delta caliber, he/she will become a member.

Next, your school will organize a formal induction ceremony, including a pledge of allegiance, before you can be considered a full member. Once you are inducted, you will enjoy a lifetime membership and many other opportunity such as leadership training, student development, and the opportunity to participate in mentorship programs, when available.
